Question about "on kill" effects
Just a quick question. Say I take pyrokinesis which reads "...On kill: deal fire damage to all units in a 2 tile range."

Is that two tiles from where the enemy died? or two tiles from where I am? if a summoned unit kills the enemy does it trigger? and in that case would it go from the summoned unit? myself?

Usually all those effects trigger from yourself unless stated otherwise.

So Pyrokinesis will always trigger around you.

As for what triggers it: Your character has to kill something (enemy or ally) for it to activate the "on kill".

Enemies killing something will activate "on death" or "on allies death" effects.

Ah, that clears that up, thank you!

Oh! So does that mean that things like "on dealing death damage" can only be trigger by the player character? Or can allies trigger those effects?

Yes.

If allies trigger an effect, it's usually in the description. Like "on allies attacking".
Normal allies attacks do not trigger any of the players "on damage", "on hit", "on kill" or "on attack".

Though they might trigger status effects like Doom. Which would then be the player causing the damage. If he was the one putting the Doom stacks on the enemy.
