On Hit triggers will prock off of something that say it does a Hit or something that attacks and Hits
I think this is the only one that isn't 100% clear just on the text. So remember Attack-> Hit -> Damage are all seperate triggers and the higher order ones will naturally trigger the lower (assumign the attack hits of course)
I'm playing a poison druid now, and I deal extra poison + fire damage whenever a minion deals damage, but that extra damage is not a hit. That means I can't proc certain other hit-based effects off it, unfortunately.
If you check the tree for the Projection skill (I think Astral, or otherwise Psychic), you'll note that it has the word "hit" emphasized in color to indicate that this extra damage is in fact a hit.
So if you see the word "hit" it's a hit, and otherwise it's not.
