I've been experimenting a bit with Gliva and started this build with the intention of using Lizard Visage in some way. Then Crow Visage showed up.
Koszmar - I really like taking advantage of self damage and wondered if I could find a way to mix that in with Gliva while still incorporating abilities that allow for game turn effects on stand still. I didn't manage the later so mushroom production is too slow for my taste but it got there in the end so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Druid - Pops out a Mushroom on stand still and the Cobra familiar adds a little extra survivability, occasionally preventing some enemy types from slicing straight through your fungus field. Poison damage on summon from the staff is relevant to start. Watching my familiar swim through a forest of mushrooms tickles my imagination.
Gliva - Like most summoner builds, puts distance between you and enemies. However, the "mushroom being attacked" clause is what really caught my eye. Dual-classing with Pain Cleric when?
Apophis - Experimental pick. +1 strength per floor allowed me to focus almost exclusivley on willpower. The drawback is a potential boon with Koszmar but my hope was to make it largely irrelevant by hiding behind mushrooms.
Grove Cult - Mushrooms on entrance and negates self-damage on summon.
Mass Mind - Continuous source of mushrooms and long range psychic damage.
Gore cult - Mushrooms on entrance and self-damage on summon.
Gore Chant - Mushrooms and self damage on game turn. Primarily for the retort on being dealt damage.
Invigoration - Tread softly for my dreams lay at your feet.
Amplify Pain - I picked this thinking the extra damage might be good but also to take better advantage of Master Repulsion. After picking this, I started machine-gunning myself in the face* post room clear. Lost over half only once but it typically took anywhere from a fifth to a third of my life. I still struggle with understanding exactly how this game handles trigger order. Any insight would be welcome.
Master Repulsion - I didn't have access to meditate as a damage multiplier and this is my cope :P
Staff of Chaos - Replaced the Star Staff I had been using up to this point. I would need a really good reason to not equip this as Koszmar.
Emerald Chakram - A personal favorite to pair with Gliva. Replaces dead enemies with a mushroom and makes it harder for faster enemies to advance.
Crow Visage - The floors didn't clear themselves until I put on the mask.
Jade Bracers - An extra mushroom or two on game turn. Rolled with Ice Bracers for most of the run and I probably should have kept them now that I think about it.
Mindhunter Sash - I didn't realize that 25% of psychic damage dealt meant after modifiers until this run
And again with better results:

Wanted to see if I could push my hit and block to extreme levels with the third prayer of Pallas + Zealot and yeah, it got ridiculous. Enough so I decided to try a similar run with Anroth on cycle 32 and it worked too.

The increased strength from taking Anroth was at least helpful so it wasn't just a challenge run.
Here is a build where I finally beaten the 10th cycle, by giving the electric chair to the king of many color's

Close-ranged Hazar build on cycle 32. Hazar was one of thos prestiges where I just kept dying at inopportune places.
Turns out, dodge builds are still somewhat viable on cycle 32, tengri absolutely was awesome for this. Both Fire healing and Hazar healing was a godsend, and if it weren't for fire healing's scorch stacks, I would've replace the Xyston with the rebel jambiya.
Fared pretty averagely in Maqbara though.

Samsi, on the other hand, was scary, but once it got going it never stopped.
Blind is awesome.

Layer 34 is currently the highest I've ever gotten a build on the Maqbara. Only crap, this was insane. This did even better than some of the most unhinged builds I've ever done on the Maqbara.\

These ones I don't remember too much. The only thing I really remember about Anqarak was that it was a scuffed and hard build, but somehow it worked better than I expected.
I've been struggling with Aqliyya for a long time. I gotta try this out sometime, nice job!
Yeah, I would say it does.

1. Your screenshot isn't visible.
2. Use Agara + Projection for 2 Stand Still Trigger on Prayer.
3. Get Crow Mask for Stand Still triggers on kill.
I used a Star Cult, Shimmergang, Master Teleport build for Meditation, for which Ascetic was a must have. Poison Skin for healing.
Had over 500 Meditation + 50 Willpower, which makes Ill Prophet hit very hard at least 4 times a turn. More if I kill an enemy.

Definitely would switch out Acidify for something else. Probably Innervation.
A more Poison focused variant with something like Morbumancy and Snakeform might also be a good idea for some more defense.

This was a build I was kind of concerned of how well I'd be doing. but then I got the cosmic flail.
Cosmic Flail + Oros + Psiblade = basically wins you the game by itself, but you still gotta... not die y'know?

oh my god this was annoying. So many runs I've played and lost trying to figure out. Necromancers, Multi-attack-Lightning builds. Astral. You freakin' name it. and everything killed me.
Turns out the winning build was humbaba for healing, blood, inflame, and a splash of death just for the extra cushion.
Rule of thumb for humbaba - master blood is mandatory, and if they don't two-cycle you, you're golden.

So I did a variant of @lucas's Pallas Aqliyya... This one was murder but I made it... So many divine interventions, I have no idea how I managed to get through it.
