Love the game, hate the crashes
Since I play on a Windows 8, I'm not going to downgrade my computer no matter how many times you all tell me. I'd no sooner stop playing this.

Try running it in compatability mode for windows 7, I had the same problem and I haven't crashed since turning on compatability mode (just go to the game files and right click on the .exe, properties, compatability)

IKR? I keep playing, then it crashes because of A. flamethrower or B. Shotgun. and then it says i'm still playing so I cant reset steam to play, and I have to wait like 20 mins to be able to play, and then I dont want to play because i'm pissed.

How does one get into the game files and change the compatability because i freakin' love this game, but that windows 8 man... ruins everything.

Right click on game, go to properties, click on local files, click browse local files. That's how you get to the file.
