FPS limit?

My montor goes to 244hz which causes the framerate speed issue, so i was wondering if there was a way to limit the fps to 60 so the game would run normally. Anybody know to do the do?

I would like this too. The game is running too fast for me. Funny thing is that I have a low end system.

I have this problem with some games, I fix this by actually going to display settings in windows, seeking advanced settings for the specific monitor and turning my HZ for the monitor down to 60 just to play specific games, like this, and super meat boy, and turn it back, after
