If anyone managed to finish the game, they must be a masochist by the sounds of it.
From my experience on Steam: It took me 17 hours to finish Loop8
Thanks. Are you a reviewer?
Was that one playthrough? Or is that more or less the full length?
It was one playthrough with 2 loops. Casual players who are not playing as much videogames as I do will probably need more hours.
If you know what you're doing, you can finish it in 7 hours because you don't do a lot of loops.
It took me a loop to understand what the game really wanted from me in order to get the hang of it.
The concept is absolutely amazing and I love the new ideas. But it's not "fun" to play through from what I experienced.
Visually impressive, but the gameplay loop paired with the same text messages and conversations over and over and over again just to maximize your stats...
It automatically escalates into a dull stat simulator, hence why a lot of reviewer (me included) don't really like it. Combat-wise it's barebones as well, especially since you can only navigate the main character and your party members act on their own.
You'll automatically skip a lot of conversations and at this point... a lot of people will dislike it.
Is that still only 10-20 hours?
So you are saying that in this game it is not really worth it to get all of the endings, only 1 or 2 at most?
