Sound not working

After opening the game, I can only hear the short movie with en masse logo and then there's no sound. New laptop with no problems so far. Any idea how to make this work? :-(

Before the update (the big update few days before), my game have sound and everything is fine, but after the update and when I login to the game, only the logo page (GameForge logo) have sound but after the logo, it have no sound at all (in select server page and so on). Anyone know how to fix this?

Hello, please reinstall DirectX and then it should work again.
