So... i lose my account?
Well lets put it this way. I wanted to go back into tera from a 2 year hiatus and now i get the news that gameforge is now the owner and enmasse no longer exist.
And because they didnt put a single notice on steam i didnt notice.

Is there a way to restore my account? got 700h on steam and over 1000 on enmasse launcher...

Hi!
If you were playing Tera NA before the switch from EmE to Gameforge in November of 2020, and you didn't migrate your account over before the deadline, then unfortunately your old characters are gone. If you did migrate before then, here's a relevant part of the FAQ:

Thanks for the answer, you save me the time to download the game again and ragequit instantly after i notice that all my characters and progress are gone

I played TERA in 2014 before it was on Steam and have a physical copy that gave me more character slots and a mount because it was a bonus edition or something. If I didn't migrate my account can I still use those slots or did I lose that as well as my old characters? Thanks.

In posts online I saw that my account was considered "Veteran" because of the physical copy I bought. So not sure if I lose that as well as my characters because I never linked.

Either way if my character is gone that had the swimsuit on it that I spent forever farming, probably too pissed to try it again. Kinda stupid that they delete peoples' characters for whatever dumb reason.

I ended up on the same way.

Im like... you ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ didnt even send me a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ email about it. (but for cosmetics that email was on point)
Not even a notification on steam.
thats a fun way to see all the effort going down the drain
