Whatever the IP address was of the VPN I was connecting through. Someone was probably doing nefarious things on that IP so it got blocked for everyone connecting through it.
This is why I don't play via VPN. It only takes one block and all your efforts are gone in a smoke pffuuu.
My guess is they have lists.
I am not even sure why they would block a VPN, I suppose the theory is that you have probably previously been banned and you are trying to hide your IP? I don't know. Perhaps you should use a gaming VPN if you have to. Why would anyone even want to use one?
After reviewing your account, we can see you were automatically banned for security reasons. The trigger for this error is the changing of your IP address.
There could be many reasons for this, such as an add-on for your browser (Stealthy, Ghost Walk, etc.) or a software which runs directly from your OS (VPN, proxy, tunneling programs). In some cases, it can also be used directly by the ISP to stabilize the performance of your network and can only be turned off at their side.
In order to play TERA, you have to make sure that none of these programs is active and that you can connect on our system with an unchanging IP.
Once you have completed these actions, you should be able to log into our system, without the account having to be manually approved by us.
Please note that, once you have logged in, it can take a few hours until the account is reactivated.

One of your colleagues replied via email and said that TERA is not being offered in my country due to lack of licensing.
So, I am in my country and I don't know why is blocked and I don't have a VPN active. Could you please unblock my account then ? Please.
