Hi!
If you were playing Tera NA before the switch from EmE to Gameforge in November of 2020, and you didn't migrate your account over before the deadline, then unfortunately your old characters are gone.

well that was a waste of time then.....the fact they gave a "deadline" is idiotic for those (like me) who made a comeback.
thinking of the poor people who actually spent money on the game i think they deserve some compensations.

I'm confused. I played Tera from the EME version on Steam and linked and migrated to Gameforge and if I launch from the Gameforge client, my characters are there. I didn't even know they re-listed it on Steam as the Gameforge version, and when I launch from Steam, no characters and totally different servers (INTL, RU, FR, etc). So.... if I wanna play my old characters stick to Gameforge Client, and if I wanna do Steam I'm SOL on old characters??? I got the e-mails about migrating and did, but never once did I read anything from the e-mails to "install from Steam on another listing" so that's annoying.

i bet acccounts are there cause a lot of people played this game via steam, I,ve seen on guilds pages people characters which haven't loggin in years and character still on game. yep 10,000 guilds exists if accounts were deleted. i bet almost 9000 guild might were erased but nope. they exist with characters inside.

Does that seem fair to you? that players who come back only now, like me, players who spent ALOT of money on this game will download Tera Online just to discover that everything they did and bought is just gone, deleted, removed?
I have a friend who spend like 200$ on this game and you want to tell me you will look him dead in the eyes and tell him "your problem. we gave you time"?

I just came back to the game after years of not playing and I lost all my characters. I never got the email either
