Upgrade the 2 character slot limit

With all the items in the cash shop to generate revenue, is there really a need for a 2 slot character limit?
At the very least up it to acceptable 5 or 6 slots.
There's THIRTEEN classes for crying out loud.

I can deal with the monotony of grinding when switching up gameplay by playing a different class for a couple of hours. But being limited to TWO classes isn't even remotely fun.

There were only 8 classes in the beginning.
You can get a CD key for about 15 Euro - that's 6 extra character slots (8 overall) and 3 extra bank pages (4 overall), permanent.

if the publisher would upgrade to free having 5-6 slots then theres not much difference with the bought version, you have the option to buy a permanent boost to 8 slots for 15 euros and they sell more character slots seperately, also when a new class is released they give a free slot to everyone for creating a new character

in the eyes of a free user it sounds unfair having 2 slots only and so many characters to choose from, but the people who bought the game before it went free can see this as a token of gratitude from the developers that they bought the game and so helped funding the server

15 euros for a lifetime doesnt sound so bad, and character slots are usually sold aswell on the marketplace but its not worth to buy 3-8 slots if u can buy a key and then just buy 9-16 slots instead ^^

on eu there r like 6? servers meaning 12 slots
also i dont know why but one server can handle 3 slots or maybe it was a one-time event reward? i dont remember anymore

I sincerely doubt anyone plays actively on all different language servers.

The limit is actually 19 character slots per server.
The've been giving an extra slot, as well recently increasing the number of maximum slots upon releasing a new class (or adding an extra race to an existing race-locked class). That's how you probably get an extra slot.
People normally buy a CD key (either Standard or Collector's) which unlocks char slots up to and including #8. After that one needs to buy individual extra character slots for the (9-19) range. If you have a giveaway slot, it works for both (3-8) and (9-19) ranges on one server.

The limit is actually 20. And i guess it will rise again once the Elin Brawler is released.
Which should also contain a new charslot again.
And ya, at least we got something, I brought the collectors edition at release after all, hard copy! And for way more than 15 bucks.
Then again: Slot extensions are usually available on the market. For gold, not TT.

BTW: In difference to the slot extensions from the shop the "collectors edition" extension is for all servers. All that are, and will be (so i got 8 on the new servers too now e.g.).
Right now thats 6x6=36 Slots for 15 bucks, and a nice mount and such too. And all of that without the CURRENT publisher seeing a single buck of it iirc. This hard copy edition was sold by someone else.
