Tera startet nicht was kann ich tun ?

kann tera urplötzlich nicht mehr öffnen bekomm nach dem launcher glei die fehlermeldung " Der Client wurde auf abnormale weise geschlossen" hab nichts an den einstellungen gemacht oder sonst etwas die leistung von meinem pc kanns auch nicht sein weil es super flüssig auf höchster grafik lief. was kann ich tun ? bin um jede hilfe dankbar

I have restarted the computer several times.
I played the last time 2 days ago, and there everything still worked.
Ram I have 15.8 GB
The message comes shortly after the game is started

I helped someone a couple of weeks ago with a similar problem - his game would close exactly 3 minutes after starting it. I was about to give up when I thought of something we hadn't yet tried - disabling all startup processes - and it actually worked.
There's no universal solution though even if 'symptoms' appear to be the same.
