Labyrinth of Terror: Quest bugged (Uneasy lies the Head), Kanmur Horn not dropping

Needed Kanmur Horn from Aleister in order to proceed with the quest. been grinding this solo quest for 1-2hour but still got nothing. Been wondering is it bugged or I miss out any steps in between.

Tried reset the quest, do the quest after changing to another channel, come back another day. still get nothing from it.

Lab is such a jank mess. Apparently, from what I read on other sites, it's been broken for ages. This bug has been well known for over a year at the very least and no fix. Likely never going to be fixed at this stage of the games life. Really annoying.

Just started playing myself a not even a week ago or so.

It's just really annoying rng, you need to go in and kill the Clown over and over, hoping that the horn drops. It does, but it takes a LOOOOONG time if you are unlucky. I remember once running LoT 20 times to get the horn, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid.
