Hacked - Thanks for not Helping Gameforge

I've been arguing with Gameforge for about 10 months now about my Account that was hacked.

Gameforge retrieved my Account . but since I decided to be honest with the when I figured out that the Hacker actually had access to my password files since he was a close relative, Gameforge decided to return the account to me but not undo the VERY heavy changes that were made to my Account. We are talking server transfers / items were sold, items were traded, name changes and more. (The hacked thought I won't notice since I was talking a Long Break from the game)

So after battling my case for almost a Year , Gameforge decided that their final answer is that they WONT undo any changes or return any items lost.

So apparently after over 500-1000$ spent and over 3.000 Hours played in across Multiple accounts, I guess that's it.

Thanks Gameforge. Don't expect that I will start from scratch and spend another 500$ adn 2k Hours to go back to where I was.

Moral of the story is (and trust me I knew that from the bigining) :
Gameforge do bring great games in the West. Some may hate them but I actually enjoy what they do with their games. But try to never NEVER EVER need their help.

I lost my account in Runes of Magic Years ago, without ever knowing why or how.
And now this. Good friking Job.

When I lost my Hearthstone account back in the days due to a Mass Scam, I got my account back 40 minutes after I sent the ticket. And after that I got any changes made to my account reverted 15 minutes after contacting them. Try to learn from the best gameforge.
