What are golden talents?

What does golden talents do, i have a bunch of them and how to i access the market ?

You can sell them on the brokerage but they are very cheap anyway.
These are used for upgrading and upgrading your gear. You can craft Golden Daric out of 2 Golden Talents if you're a weaponcrafting artisan - darics are used for mid-tier enchanting. You can also craft Golden Plates out of 2 Golden Daric if you are master in weaponcrafting - plates are used for top tier enchanting.

And silver talents are used exclusively for upgrading jewellery. You can craft Silver Siglio (unlike darics, siglios can't be used for anything else except crafting) and then Silver Plate which are used for getting the best jewellery.
