Lilith's Trial as a priest

I'm a level 65 priest with item level 431 trying to advance the quest line "[Apex] The Two Banquets", mission "The Fine Fireworks". It takes some effort, but I can mange the first two boss encounters and clear the bridge. When fighting Lilith, the third boss, I only manage to bring her down to x15 from x30 and sometimes am able to escape her ring wave I'm told to avoid at all costs. But I am not sure if I manage to bring down her shield afterwards, as she grabs me and sucks my life or something. After that she comes back with more pwerful attacks, eventually onehitting me.

I tried both close encounters, getting to her back and using close range attacks like metamorphic blast, shocking implosion and final reprisal, as well as staying at long range and only using vortex, triple nemesis and plague of exhaustion.

Any hints on how to beat this mission as a priest?

I really don't like those enforced solo missions as a support character, having to defeat bosses in fights that last over 15 minutes while other classes the same level ad gear blaze through those whole maps in just a few minutes. Let me do that in my group or have alternative solutions for non dps classes.

I didn't have any dps crystals, but I added a glyph setup focused on the attack skills. The reasoning behind having two sets of equipment ready for a priest still escapes me, so I get rid of surplus crystals and gear.

Before my next attempt at Lilith's Trial I had a better bonus by daily logins and added 4 different kinds of buff food and potions. With those preparations I was finally able to beat her, but still died once in the fight.

The next Apex missions up until and including the grand dragon fight took more than three hours still. Each colored dragon took 6 to ten minutes, even the required trash mobs in between were really slow kills.

And I think the only part where my team mates could help out is fighting the colored dragons. Lilith is a solo mission as well as the big dragon fight.
