how to enable controller?

i can't seem to find this option anywhere?

Look for this option in *Terafolder*/Client/S1Game/Config/S1Engine.ini.

[WinDrv.WindowsClient]
AllowJoystickInput=1

Look for this in-game as well:

On the character selection screen or after logging into a char click on Options -> Game -> Gamepad Setup -> Unmark the checkbox for "Turn off automatic gamepad detection"
