It seems they've changed what "an error has occurred" refers to adding security locks to it. For example, you use some VPN or log in from another computer (in another country) - this can lead to having your account access restricted. And instead of seeing "account blocked, please contact support", you now see "an error has occurred. Please try again later" which is pain retаrted because they didn't warn us about this change yet again. And when you tell them how stupid they are for doing this, they tell you how stupid you are for getting your account locked instead of trying to fix their stupid system.
If you can't log into the 'new' account management on the main website - tera-europe.com - and you're sure it's not because of IPv6, hosts file or some firewall-capable software (including Windows Firewall and Defense etc), then you're probably banned and must write to Support to ask them to press a button to have you unbanned. Getting your account access restored sometimes requires no logging in for 48 hours, not counting weekends when they don't even work. It's just pathetic.
As for the network error, it's possible it's true - could be because of your connection experiencing temporary speed/quality issues or the server being less responsive for the moment. Restart your router and PC and check you network quality.
Good luck! o/
