Cant send support ticket cant login

So I havent played tera in a few years 2 i think and im trying to log in now but it wont work.
"error has occured pls try again later"

I use gameforge login but it doesnt work so i tried sending in a support ticket but you need to login to do that but it wont let me.
I have my registered email - reset the password 5 times to the same password today - just says "error has occured pls try again later"

for support you need to make a new account and then link your steam account in the support website to it

Where are you trying to log in?
TERA Support[support.en.tera.gameforge.com] (it requires a separate registration to your game account) or TERA Support via Steam?[tera.support.gameforge.com] (you can log in with your Steam ID)?

ok here in steps then:

1.) go to http://support.en.tera.gameforge.com/
2.) register and login
3.) at the home go to ''manage steam-accounts''
4.) last option in the navigator ''add steam-account''
5.) login on the steam and confirm it
6.) your steam account is now connected to this SUPPORT account, u cant login with this account on the website, only on their support website
7.) send in your ticket and wait for their reply

Well if you already have an old gameforge acc and just linked it with steam, you can use the gameforge support over their homepage like you used to do back in the days. They respond within a day or two.

His problem is not with Support.

i have no clue what happend i pasted again the link on notepad and it was the support link, lol

So far i downloaded the game on steam and it wont even log me in using steam id. next i clicked steam support and it gave me option to link my old acc email which i did.
still doesnt work

I used both, only the steam id works to login support (doesnt work on the launcher doe) but my old acc is in my old email i never played this on steam

lol already said i cant login to send a ticket to support.

Have to make a new acc to send a ticket to find out why my old acc cant even login.
