What country are you from?
Tera EU Support[tera.support.gameforge.com]will reply to you on Monday because they, surprisingly for a digital services business, don't work over the weekend.
See what it tells you on the old account management page.[account.tera.gameforge.com]
In order to write to Support,[tera.support.gameforge.com] you need a separate registration. You can also use your Steam login which will do just that - create a support system profile for you. Bear in mind that they don't work over the weekend, believe it or not, so you'll get a reply on Monday or Tuesday.
Cheers!
Alternatively, use your Steam ID[tera.support.gameforge.com] to log into the support system. This will automatically create a support account for you which you can later link to your normal support account, just like you do with a Steam created Tera game account.
Once logged in, write a message asking them to restore account access. Answer whatever questions they might have about your account and it should be fixed within a day or two. They won't reply before tomorrow though. Also, not working at weekends, so make sure you reply fast, otherwise you'll have to wait until Monday.
