How in the hell i unlock this damn store?

Go to bar and order drink , the bartender will tell u about the store and then you could go for it ( I think after unlocking second girl bartender will tell you about store )
But remember it's only open at midnight

what he means is you have to first go to the bar at midnight the 5th time slot and buy a drink from the bartender and then he tells you about the store that can only be visited at midnight (the 5th time slot) not at night the 4th time slot

steps to get the secret store
step 1: Unlock both sex scene with the store clerk (the one you have sex with under the counter)
step 2: go to the bar a couple of times and wait until the bartender says "check out this store or smth like that" you may have to do this multiple times. I had to do it like five times
step 3: you can only access the store during night time and midnight
