Missing 2 events

I have miss 2 events

- 2 page 3 up right
- 4 page bottom left

Any idea how to unlock it ?

somebody said page 2 up right was keeping good relationships with the bartender and he give u a free drink
page 4 bottom left was cabinet of the second girl room, you found lot of sex toy in the cabinet

I unlock the page 4 event
For the last, dunno how to do it
Maybe going to the bar again and again

The 2nd page up right can be acquired by refusing to pay for a drink. he will give u a free one. Ofc in late game
