Quick question about Automated Reloader Augmentation (Can you stack?)
I didn't see a thread like this anywhere else, so here:

With the Automated Reloader Augmentation ("Lowers charge rate between weapon shots by 15%) I was wondering if you equipped two of these same augmentations, if they would stack and reduce weapon charge-time by 30%?

Yes - they stack. The game won't actually let you double up on any augment unless it stacks.

(And it stacks multiplicatively, for the record, not additively. So your lowest possible cooldown is 3 Reloaders and a level 2 crewman, or 0.85 * 0.85 * 0.85 * 0.81 = 49.7%, or double normal firing speed.)

They also work for the Artillery Beam.

Same here I just tried it today and thought I noticed a difference hard to tell with the glave beam though

Same thing with the Shield Rechargers, I had roughly 40% faster recharge time on my shields with a level 3 crewman and two Shield augments.

Which can actually be a bit of a negative against ships with cloak, since the beam will sync with cloak's recharge, and hit them even though they cloak, which can hit the cloak and end it right away.
And with the Fed C's flak artillery, delaying it slightly will make sure that it doesn't fire when the cloak is active, and then you never have to worry about it again because it will stay synced, but the recharge bonus will change the synchronization, so you have to pay attention to it.
