so what gives i look on google and see that theres a FTL trainner there well.... why hasnt steam work shop or FTL added this as a mod??? $$$ or free i think it be a good idea for us MEdiorce gammers who dont want to spend years trying to win....

You don't need a trainer for this game. You can mod the directory to start with 999 Scrap. The only reason I don't do that on mine because I choose not to. This game is very easy to mod. Instead I use a personally created boost to edit my starting ships in a number of ways. I also balance patched the game, but it means that my copy is harder, not easier, as the computer uses all the modified or buffed guns. These more or less offset each other, depending on the ship and choice made. These are 2 mods I use and created. One is a custom beginning boost, giving me a number of choices to edit my ship at the start; making it stronger than normal regardless. The second is a balance changer for a lot of the guns. Neither of these are online as I made them myself and never bothered to post them anywhere. If you want either of these, you could add me and ask about them. I run with a few others that I got off the mod forum.

Btw, sites that require surveys don't actually have what they claim to have. They're just claiming to have it so you waste your time with the surveys, which they then collect revenue for. They are just using you like a donkey. Even if you do fill out a hundred surveys; you'll find that you'll never get a link to the actual file/program/etc or that it is a hoax and the file is a fake. They are all a pile of scams. They either want to collect Emails/addresses/numbers they can then send spam to, collect targets for malware, or collect revenue off the stupid people that actually fall for it.

if you need more just search at the mod site (the mod manager need to contain a bonus scrap mode)
but my suggestion is to not use mods for win the game. But everyone do what he want so enjoy

Make your own trainer. Check my profile. Cheat engine is good but so is any other decent hex editor (ce comes with malware so i avoid). Also can the prudes min their own business - let OP have his own fun

It's tricky to teach this game. There are things that you become more and more aware of by necessity. How to board, how to use your stealth, how avoid mistakes in comunication, etc. The other day I was at the last sector and my Zoltan, who I'd put on guns was kiled. There was a fire at guns and he didn't have much health left. In the heat of it all, I brought him into my drone room and from there sent him to the medbay. He ran back up through guns, where there was still fire, instead of through the room to the left, and died. That loss cost me the game for sure. It would have been a difficult fight with him, but without him I didn't stand a chance. My whole strat fell apart due to the loss of that one extra power the Zoltan gave me. I'm still a bit of a noob at this game, but the point I'm trying to make is that if you want to get better, it's going to take time and sometimes no matter how good you are, you just get unlucky.
