Just got 100% complete FTL

I have just unlocked my last achievement. I now have every achievement(including ship specific achievements) unlocked on normal mode (All of them say "Unlocked on normal mode", except the one where you have to beat the game on easy) The last one I had to get was the one where you have to use the pre-igniter to kill an enemy in one volley. I used the Stealth B and restarted over and over until I could survive and find a preigniter in sector 1. Afterwards, the achievement was simple. The tough part is just surviving to check all of the stores and not avoiding fights, because you need to get 120 scrap quickly. If no stores had a preigniter by the end, I just restarted. If I ran into a drone ship, I just restarted.

There are probably other ways to get it, but this seemed like the most reliable method. I have around 132 hours in this game and its really the only time I had to ever farm for an achievement. Most of the rest came naturally(except ship specific ones)

Surprisingly, I still don't even have a victory with every type of ship yet

I'd like to know how you got the attack droid achievement, because as far as I know, it's broken and won't unlock. I've tried a bunch of times in various ways; it won't trigger. One time I even made sure the droid got the killing hit on all 5 enemy crew, still no unlock. Their own forum has users saying it's busted and can't be obtained. No idea how you managed to get this.

Do you mean this one? I think I had to actually try to get this one, it didn't happen naturally. I think I used the Mantis B. It comes with a boarding drone. I just weakened the crewwith my boarding team and beamed them back before they killed anyone. Then I shot the rooms with main guns to hurt crew that still had too much HP to get them down to below 10 HP apiece.

As far as the achievement not working? I have no idea, I had no problems. I just followed the instructions. A single drone has deliver the killing hit to 4 people. The problem is it will also cause a hull breach and the lack of oxygen will also kill them. So your boarding drone needs to kill everyone before the air is fully sucked out of the room. It may be best to try this on a ship with a system repair drone, or the slug ship, so the hull breach is fixed while you the boarding drone is attacking.

Also, that thread is pretty old. Maybe whatever bug that caused that has already been patched. And I can't quite recall the exact circumstances of me unlocking it. It's just what I would do now.

Using firebombs will very reliably wittle down the enemy crew's HP before sending the drone in.

Congrats on all of that! i have been stuck using the rock B ship trying to unlock the crystal ship and plus just getting achievement to the hidden sector. I know all of the lineup quests and order to go in, but still can't get it

What is the best way to do this? Can you use stealth to stop them from attacking? Can you shoot more than once? I heard to attack a scout in an astroid field and take down their shields and let the astroids do the rest. But I didn't know if I could fire again or if I can stealth to stop them from shooting before the astroids hit them. Any help please! Been farming this and can't get it, damn ignitor is tough enough to find. Thanks!
