I deleted my thread, and decided to ask the question here, since everyone is responding in this thread. Wasn't the advanced edition the free expansion pack to FTL that was added many months ago at the same time that they created the ipad or iphone (or both) version of the game? Yes or no?
being a awesome company they decide to just "update" the game from original to expantion instead of changing the game name or release free dlc. since it's just an update you can only see the changes ingame.
but on the other hand, cd project do this too on their witcher franchise but they changed the game name from "witcher" to "witcher:enchenced edition" and led to muchless confusion.
