Ipad Version Through Steam?

Is it just me, or is paying 3 extra dollars for a game that I can't even plug my pro gaming mouse into kinda stupid?

I heard about the ipad version, saw a few people playing it, enjoyed FTL advanced, and wanted to play it around the house. I pick up the mini, go on the app store, and realise I will have to pay even more than the full price for a game I already have, and lose all my ships/achievements while playing it, in order to take FTL away from my pc.

Is that a bit stupid or what? Is there a way to buy it through steam, without paying again? And if so, how?

Apple is retarded so developers can't give their games to players on iOS even if they already own it on another platform.

You might be able to do it the other way around? I'm not sure... try emailing the devs about it maybe.

1: please edit your post so the swear word is translated to something less obscene and people can actually undestand you. for example, try translating the S-word to poop so you can take out the upside-down butt shapes.

2: why would I do it backwards? I already have it on steam (to do it backwards would require getting it on ipad) and would have to import it to my library as a non steam game.

Sorry I misunderstood you, when you said "buy it on steam without paying again" I thought you meant you bought it for iPad but want it on Steam. In this case you're out of luck.

I said buy it through steam. as in using steam to buy the ipad version, without paying again.
