Does the weapons pre-igniter fully charge the new "charge" weapons at the start of a fight?
Just wondering before I waste mah scrap on a charge weapon when I have the pre-igniter already <_<

I think he/she means the lazsers which can be charged 4 times for 4 shots

Yeah the Vulcan is one of the chain weapons. The pre-igniteris some what useful with them since it removes the first charge. However I rarely go for the pre-igniter since it's most useful in short fights with slow weapons. After the first volley it's junk so I always sell it in sector 6 or 7 for scrap. I only buy it if I have the weapons for it which frankly are some of the rarer ones to boot.

The pre-igniter adds one full charge to your weapons its only really useful if you want the first shot.

Come on, the pre-igniter is absolutely godly with pretty much any weapon setup... it basically allows you not to be hit at all 90% of the time. And that's without mentioning its synergy with long-recharge guns. The only case the igniter will be meh is if you only have low-charge weapons at your disposal, such as the 4-second Ion (a.k.a. Spamlol) or charge weapons.
