FTL: AE All Ships Unlocked Save File

I know there are some people who just want to mess around with all the new ships as soon as possible, so here we go.

Bring that to Documents/My Games/FasterThanLight/, and it should be good to go. Make a copy of your own ae_prof.sav if you want to switch back to that later.

I am using Linux, OpenSuse and I cant find were the game is! (Aside from steam.) I dont know were to put the save... :(

Try .local/share/FasterThanLight/ from your home folder. If it's not there, open a terminal and type "find -name ae_prof.sav".

I have no idea how to put the file across? I've downloaded it gone to documents/mygames/fasterthanlight then copied the file over but when I start it up I still only have the few ships I unlocked myself?

Did you delete the old save file?

I forgot to move my save file with all ships when I got a new computer, I also lost my gunpoint save (Not as much of a problem though)

Im in the folder but i cant find my own save anywhere and when i drag it into the folder and start the game my own save is still active?

Worked for me thanks!

I found it extremely annoying having to do achievements in order to unlock ships.. thanks to you i can now go back into enjoying the game instead of focusing on unlocking ships.

Just out of curiosity how long did it take you to unlock all this?

you go to C:\Users\(your name)\Documents\My Games\FasterThanLight

then just remove ae_prof.sav in there, and put the new one in.

if you want to keep the old save then put it somewhere, if not, then jsut delete it.
