brother if you have less than 2 hours played you can refund and just buy it again but come on
its a good decade old game with more players than some modern games and it was cheap if it was good enough to buy it yesterday at full price a sale change that?
also the seasons sales are always a thing in steam if you are that short on cash just wait for 1-3 months for the season sale

Yeah, You've got to be patient mate. In December last year I actually missed the sale for NieR Automata but I knew that it went on sale fairly regularly. I've just got back from a trip and I notice that it is on sale again and I had quite literally bought the game before I posted this comment.

I mean yeah I bought this game on gog long ago but the problem is my ssd died and lost like 200 hours so I just clicked follow on steam and today the moment it got on a sale I bought it xD also bought the other game from the same creators to check it hope its good

The seasonal sales happen every year- Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter. Typically the older games like this one get listed in just about every one of those. If you dig a little bit, you can find calendars of upcoming Steam sales.
