"12.3 hrs on record"
lol exxageration much? OP troll is troll
Easy is not that difficult. Well it's kinda easy.
There must be something wrong with your fundamental playstyle.
Are you sure you understand all the mechanics involved in this game?
(i.e. how everything works and what does what)
Although given how much you say you've played I find it hard to believe that you aren't familiar with the game by that point. So, I really don't know what to recommend.
I will say this though [in the case that this is not a troll post] I'd probably just stick with it or play another game if it's just too hard for you. The problem is that something like an invinciblity hack would make the game absolutely pointless to play - because it has little else to offer other than the gameplay mechanics (e.g. story), and bypassing their relevants subverts the core enjoyment of the game imo.
And if it really is 140 hours without a win.. damn, you're persistent.
I have followed many guides, know a good bit of the mechanics, have followed walkthroughs, tried literally hundreds of ship combinations. I honestly don't understand it. I swear I have a broken game somehow and always get rng that results in loss every run. Also this is not a troll post I am completely serious here. I have only a few hours because I had a previous account and I lost the log in info when my old email was stolen so I just made a new one since I only had this game and a few others.
For sectors 1-3, save up your scraps and buy as little as possible; remain on the look-out for worthwhile systems/weapons/augments like the Cloak, Hull Beam and Scrap Arm. Once you get to sector 4, upgrade your reactors and shields. Around sectors 6-7 the ships will start to have three shields, try to get viable weapons that can bypass them by then. Your goal is basically to save up as much missiles as you can for sector 8.
Using the above strategy, I had 50 missiles to spare along with maxed out Reactors, Shields, Medbay, Cloak and Doors. My weapons were upgraded enough to accomodate the hull beam in addition to the starter weapons. and I had a crew of about 6 people spread around the ship. I also managed to obtain the Weapon Pre-Igniter by a miraculous stroke of luck. My plan for the warship consisted of blast the shields, cloak, blast the shields again and kill the crew fixing the shields, which I repeated throughout the three stages of the final boss. Don't worry about the teleporting enemies, just lure them to the medbay if you can or asphyxiate them.
Next time you lose, post in this topic with where you died (what sector?), what your ship had (weapons and system levels), what the enemy ship had, and what went wrong in the battle.
