Multiverse question about unique sectors

Does the '!' marking on unique sectors go away when i do the/all events there? Or do i have to keep track which unique sectors/events i already have finished?

It's a static part of the sector name, and actually denotes the Unique nature of the sector, not unlocks directly, even if these are closely related. The sole exception is the Emancipated Sanctuary due to it being unfinished.
