回報翻譯問題
If it doesn't then disable Cloud Saving for FTL and delete your documents/MyGames/FasterThanLight/ae_prof.sav and see if that works.
If the first option works then you are in luck and Steam had a good copy of the file. If the 2nd option works then the Steam copy was also corrupt and you would have lost all your progress.
You can either start fresh or use the profile editor to get back what you had. The profile editor can be found at the link below.

Heya! I know this is a bit of a late response, but this helped a lot. The first option worked, though honestly it would've been fine if it hadn't seeing as it was the first time I'd booted up the game on Steam. Much appreciated!
