Cheat engine not effectively speeding up the game.
This problem happen a long while ago and only now I'm trying to figure out why it happened.
I use cheat engine as a speedhack to skip the slow parts in the game but when the problem happened, it was only allowing me to speed it up to 1.5 times the normal speed. It capped at that speed even if i made it try to go 500 times the speed. Anyone else have any idea what's going on with it?

Wow, first comment and it's already the right solution. Thanks a lot, now I can speed up the game by 5000% to train all my crewmen on ez ships.
