Don't understand how tactical approach is even possible
Half the time I spawn in a nebula and half the time the exit is in a nebula. Is there something Im missing?

Oh okay, I thought it was since it was listed as an environmental hazard. http://ftl.wikia.com/wiki/Environmental_Hazards but I see that it says it is not on the tactical approach page

Well, yeah, kinda misleading, since in UI they look the same having "DANGER!" icon, though not really being dangerous. Achievement text should have been made clearer.
That's why use wikia, descriptions omit some details(or implementation quirks).
