The mouse bug

When I start the game I try to give a new game, but the mouse remains stopped and does not let me select it, reinstall the game, it worked but when reopening the game again it happened to me. Some solution.

I've heard of this before. Someone probably knows the solution off hand. I think it has something to do with fullscreen. Look into the options you can change in the config files with regards to fullscreen or lack there of. One of the options may fix the problem.

Sorry I can't be more helpful, just going off an old memory from seeing this problem and someones gave him a working solution.

Try Alt-Tabbing out of FTL and then minimise Steam to the taskbar and then switching back to FTL.

Or just launch the game directly from where it's installed after shutting down steam entirely. Might also be discord, shut that down too. Any kind of overlay program interferes with the game.

Forgot about Discord,that happened to me. Overlay messes things up in some games.
