This game run like crap!

Anyone know any fixes, I already tried some youtube methods and nexus mods dll patches but nothing works. Any ideas?

the game can not really run smoothly on newer pcs. mostly because the fault is within AMD CPU's. Intel ones make the game run smoothly 55-60 fps meanwhile AMD makes the game run like crap.
