Thank you for this report, I have fixed this on my end thanks to this. And it will be out in the next update in afew days.

This was/is caused by some code which used to block level 3 from gaining any extra EXP as that used to be the max level. I thought I had accounted for all the cases of gaining EXP. But I clearly missed this one.

Okay after a bunch of testing you can now gain EXP from buying a duplicate Kadomon will grant EXP to a level 3/4+ correctly.

This fix should be in the next update. Thank you for your report
