don't buy, wait / hope for a patch

i'm already playing on Xbox Series X and it is full of bugs.
objectives / missions can't be completed because of bugs / glitches. objects which are needed to complete objectives become invisible and can't be found.
guards "see" you from far and when you are behind of them
controls are pretty bad too.
there are missing german voiceovers at some parts

I agree regarding the bugs but I would go as far as telling off a buy. The game is playable. Regarding the diappearing objectives: If it happens you can just close the game and restart. Only happened once so far and I'm in Chapter 5.

I'm playing on PS5 and the bugs only started in chapter 4 in my game. Some voiceovers in chapter 5 are just silent. There are some sound issues, too. Not always the same volume.

i have closed and restarted the game 20 times, it is broken. i'm at the mission / chapter where you have to fix the lift with a fuse. i picked up the fuse, went back to the room with the lift and the fuse box and i can't do anything. the cabinet that you can pull around with R2 has disapeard and a women has glitched through the wall.

the game hanging on exiting too. after i close the game it hangs in taskmanager and eventually creates a crashdump. not good.

I think you know why they are having problems from your own statement. Why devs intentionally release a buggy game these days and know it in advance. Shameful. I was a huge fan of microids until this.

Unfortunally I experience after your problem a cutscene, with after this cutscene a fatal error. Restart, and it brings me back 10 minutes back in time. Need to sneek to get the fuse again. I stopped the game for now...

XIII Remake, Scrap Riders, Blacksad, now this... The latest Microids releases I played were all bug infested on release. and except in part XIII those other games are not complex logic monsters. I really liked those games in the patched state and generally your AA / indie publishing activities, but I fear it will be harder and harder to find player paying full price if you continue like that.
