Mouse Sensitivity

I can't see any setting for mouse sensitivity, is there a config file I can edit maybe?

The arm/hand moves very quick and reloading weapons is tough since I have to make reeaal delicate mouse movements to not overshoot what I'm clicking on or whatever.

It does mean I can do an impressive one-armed sprint though!
