In the hospital did this happen to anyone else with the x ray puzzle?

So when I first headed up to the 3rd floor of the hospital and came across the xray puzzle I grabbed the three photos and put them on the viewer, shuffled them around a bit but figured I was missing another photo and moved on. When I got that last photo I returned to the third floor to find there are no photos left on the xray viewer. I know im not crazy, those three photos were there. I was even forced to look into it with a guide, went back to all the spots those other three photos are and of course there's nothing there because I already placed them on the viewer. Just weird... wondering if I'm the only person to come across this or if anyone else has had the same problem.

Just save and load, that should fix it

You don't need to solve this puzzle, the code is universal in every difficulty and not randomized: Right 4, Left 37, Right 12

Damn I should have tried loading it... I was forced to just look up the code and now it feels like i left a part unfinished. Not a big deal but good to know for my next runs. Glad to see it's not just me though thanks for the responses guys

i spent a long time shuffling the pictures around not realizing the solution clicks and highlights into place on the viewer
