The scene was confusing as well.... First time you saw that you are not even sure what you're looking at... it does implies a sexual act, but it's not really. It's just that thought of you being unsure of what you've just saw.

It was uncomfortable and unsettling. Now it's just nothing. You just feel that something is missing and you didn't get to take a look of what was happening on that corner.

It's not implying anything. I just re watched the OG version and Pyramid head is trying to hold the creatures to prevent them from escaping, while it may have looked like he's doing something else. If you think its rape/sexual assault, you have brain damage.

The guy doesn't say he wanted the scene to be hidden off camera. I'm not arguing with his creation, I'm praising it and arguing with the remake devs feeling like that scene somehow was inappropriate to be shown like it did in the original.

It is just as unsettling, ambiguous and weird as in the original.
You can clearly see him spreading some wiggling legs. If you insist on your interpretation that he's raping them, despite the creator's denial, then that conclusion can still be made anyway.
