Black screen bug after seesaw puzzle...can't proceed...

After solving the seesaw puzzle in the Bluecreek Apts, and unlocked nearby door and jumping down the hole, my screen goes 100% black.

I hear everything fine, and can use my gun...but screen is jet black with or without flashlight. I've restarted the game 4 times now and same thing.

Nevertheless, I'm stuck and can't go any further in the game.

I am having the exact same problem, loaded the auto save and my last save before that and couldn’t fix it

I hope someone finds a fix for this, because I can't continue past it. 😭

It did that to me too but I just waited a while and it started going again. It's like it gets stuck loading the next area right there or something. I didn't really investigate it to figure out what might have caused it but it might be a Vram issue at that particular spot. Maybe turn down some settings before you jump in and give it a good bit of time to load.

launching the game in dx11 fixed it for me!

DX11 did not fix it for me either. I was using DX11 when I first hit it. Switched to DX12 then back to DX11. Changed resolutions and other settings but the screen stays black.
