as long as people dont change their fake positive reviews into negative, devs wont care enough since they can get away with ignoring the issues.
available mods can only help with art direction and design issues, but not with the mediocre gameplay and serious performance issues, yet.
maybe one day, if a few modders care enough to make a really big mod, almost like an alternative version of the game, with an better combat system, and other improvements. but thats unlikely to happen soon or ever.
