please help
You could always buy it, see how it runs, and then return it if it doesn't run well.
that’s fair, thanks man
edit: another thing i wanted to ask before buying was if any sales this game could be featured in were coming up

You just missed the Fall steam sale. There will likely be another sale (winter sale) around Christmas going into New Years.
Not good on a 4090/12900K, running off of a 990 PRO. Take that how you will

well that sucks
If you're planning on buying the game, just wait 9 more days because Steam Winter sale will hit on 19th December.
I streamed it on my channel for video proof of this; I'm running almost the same setup, but mine is a desktop and a slightly newer CPU.

For me, it runs overall fine. I do occasionally hit patches with frame drops. Note I do not run things at 4k, nor do I use ray tracing with this game so if you are going to do either of those, then my experience won't help at all. I run on 1080p, settings maxed out and DLSS set to quality.

Outside of the occasional frame drop, the game ran just fine for me. And by occasional, I mean that probably less than 5 times throughout a 20 hour run. Though there will be those comments that claim that I MUST be having issues running the game and I MUST be having huuuge stuttering issues. I really couldn't care even less than I already do.

For me, runs fine. As someone else suggested, wait for the winter sales, pick it up, and try it. You'll know within 2 hours if the game will work for you or not.

it will be good if you disable ray tracing.

Not on
Yeah, should be sufficient with RT off.

The topic starter won't have more than 50 fps maybe without frame gen, so they won't experience much of stutters.
In my experience (5700x+4080) game runs almost stutterless with framegen and 60 fps lock. So the experience with "i7 13650hx and an rtx 4060" should lie near.
depends on the location, some indoor locations with heavy lighting are really laggy sometimes. other than that it's fine with high graphics for me
Lemme guess, ROG strix 16? It would actually run very very good with that exact gpu + cpu combintion, just cap it to 60fps and use medium graphic settings if wanna keep your laptop cool U wUr
nope i use a dell g15, i think it was
