killed any hope I have for this franchise now if this is considered to be an amazing game, bad performance is incredibly distracting for me and many others, the original silent hill 2 has perfectly stable performance (on an emulator at least).
In other words - I don't see any issues with this, as any indicator for activity is good. Tightening up the launch process for new builds means that there is still activity going on for the title, and for the folks at Bloober to go to such lengths on organizing their internal process would suggest that they are still cooking away in the kitchen.
