Yeah, the price of old games getting released are positively insane! 20 years on steam and it’s now just a cash-cow.
You would think it was a 100 years since these games were release, it’s only 24 years!

For the price of the game alone I could sell my PS2 + SH2 and call that a profit and guess what? You would own the physical copy of the game. Not a friggin invisible licensed copy that requires DRM.

Don't buy from Epic. GOG is the better place. DRM free games, and you get to keep them forever.

The last time the game had a sale was on March 13th for the Spring Sale and the price was at $48.99+tax (don't forget to add the tax since the price is never the price that is shown)

Trying to focus on the "horror" genre for this game to hit a sale. I own the OG on Xbox so, not rushing to pick this version up, especially for high prices.

It was on Dec 12th, 2024 for $63.99+tax and that was before the Winter Sale.

I think the game is worth the price if you can run it, but thats why I mostly play console these days, too many pc games these days seem wacky.
