Why is it that in this group about a remake, as the name suggests, we only talk almost exclusively about the original????

May I remind you that this is a group about the (Silent Hill 2 Remake) As the name Remake suggests?

All I'm reading here is "original" here, "original" there, or "enhanced edition." If you want to talk about the original, then start your own group on Steam, perhaps with the name (original), and there you "so-called fans!" can continue to talk about your beloved original, which is supposed to be so great, and don't spam the remake group with your hate!

Where, please, is the remake of Silent Hill 2 censored?

I didn't notice anything. Back then, Silent Hill: Homecoming was much more censored. But I haven't noticed anything negative about the Silent Hill 2 remake so far.

The characters also look great. Much better than in the original, so you can still see every single pixel. That's certainly the case in the original. James' face looks perfectly fine. After all, the fans in Germany were outraged at how James' face looked before the remake. I also think the soundtrack is very well done.

I don't even know what to say, I'm impressed. This is so dumb and only I can conclude that you simply haven't played the remake. As for censorship, I already told, multiple times, all "censorship" only applies to PH. if you weren't blind (Or played the remake), you would notcie how explicit Angela's nightmare has become + much more sexualized nurses AND lying figures. Look at the Abstract Daddy, damn it.
As for your dumbest take, it's about voice actors. This is hilarious. So in your opinion, Resident Evil remakes ALSO have to cast old voice actors in their remakes or what?
Cut content only applies on hyperspray, lol. If you're that upset about a can of spray, I have nothing more to say.

With a remake the blueprint is the original, its pretty normal to discuss the original title as well as the remake to make passing comparisons, good or bad.

I agree. You can criticize the remake, but not to the extent that's being criticized here. I mean, how long has the community been around here? I think since the remake came out on Steam. And since then, all you've read and heard here is hate, etc. I find it really sad.
