Imagine struggling for years to reach the level of a console version 25 years ago.
Ive found a lot of games on gog dont really work on todays hardware and they dont tell you how to get it to work so I just end up refunding half the time.

Correct me if im wrong but.... this aint new? bought this game over a year ago on their plattform...
They also released the first three original Resident Evil Games for the PlayStation 1 not too long ago either. Either way, I will resort to the original disc versions for the original consoles. I have heard many negative things about relying on GOG for original old game titles. You cannot get any more original than the actual disc it runs on.

It's much better than the original retail PC version.

They actually sponsored a youtube vid that goes over the fixes gog version has, and is actually on say was less than 10 bucks so got it, will try it out soon.

However that game will never beat the original trilogy, I wish they would make a pc version for the 1st game as an official way of getting it.

More likely to end up as a remake as long as they do it right, or have the original version as part of the remake as well.
