true.
the original ost was, well, original, here in this generation is not new (and shouldnt be since its a remake).
the game itself has poor sound design and not a very good use of the music.
so, it shouldnt even have a shot for any award related to the ost or music. it could have a shot at "sound design", but that usually falls into "storytelling and gameplay", both categories in which this game obv falls short and fails, and that without adding the performance issues that wont be solved unless people change their reviews, so maybe they can attract the interest of konami to finally care enough to fix them.
the prize now are secured, no 90% sale for GOTY version. Yay
But like many movie adaptations, it misses a lot of the nuance. Especially for a game like SH2, how characters speak and how things are presented is crucial.
So while this does go over the general story, its clear they didnt really get all the details right.
